This privacy policy explains what information My Blogging Hub (myblogginghub.com) collects and how it is used. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
Who we are
My Blogging Hub is a website of guides about blogging, WordPress, ghostwriting and personal branding. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Comments: if you leave a comment, we store your name, email address, website (if you give one), the comment, your IP address and browser user agent, to help spot spam. Your email address is never shown publicly. Comments are held for moderation before they appear.
- Emails you send us: we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Server and security logs: like most websites, our server and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and protect it from attacks.
Cookies
WordPress sets cookies when you log in, and can set cookies to remember your name and email if you choose that when commenting. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security. At the time of writing we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, we will update this page first.
Embedded content
Guides may embed content from other websites (for example videos). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, which may collect data about you under its own policy.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the services that run this site: our hosting server, Cloudflare (security and delivery), and our email service for messages we send.
How long we keep data
Comments and their details are kept as long as the comment is published. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, including your comments, by emailing [email protected].
